I purchased Holly Hayden’s “H-Miracle” or Hemorrhoid Miracle E-Book a few years ago, after being diagnosed with an external hemorrhoid problem.  I had tried creams and other over-the-counter remedies to no avail.  Diagnosis of what the problem is important right at the start , and it is a good idea to get your doctor’s opinion since bleeding hemorrhoids, for example, can mask other potentially more serious conditions such as colon cancer.

These other “natural” remedies are really worth discovering and the price of the H-miracle e-book is WORTH spending to discover them.

Holly does say that not all the remedies -e.g in the Chinese herbal options section- will work for every person.  Find what works for you is the message.  But I agree with her- a “natural ” remedy is preferable to surgery or using some cream that has chemicals that can aggravate the skin.  As she says, as long as you follow the instructions given on the products, and don’t go beyond the required usage time, you should be safe.  I use CHINESE HERBAL REMEDIES .  (See here).

I thought initially that after paying the $37 (or whatever it cost) for the h miracle system that it was a bit of a pain to have to go out and buy extra “natural” products, but when I found a cheap place to get them (you can get them online too), and started swopping healthier foods for unhealthy, it all evened out and actually was not a problem.  Cheaper than regular doctor visits for sure, and I have no wish to visit a proctologist again and fork out most of my week’s salary to hear he can’t guarantee anything!

Does the Holly Hayden H Miracle work?

Does the h miracle system cure external hemorrhoids? Well, it didn’t work for me in 48 hours as advertised but within a week I was feeling a lot better and the awful itchiness and pain had gone.  I was using a combination of the ALUM CRYSTAL for hemorrhoids treatment, which Holly recommends, and taking the Chinese herbal remedy FARGELIN.  This seemed to have the desired result of shrinking the external hemorrhoid.  Because I implemented dietary changes, and later on did a detox program, I would say I have achieved a long-lasting healing result in my quest for remedies for external hemorrhoids.  But I would not use the word “cure” because, without looking at your situation holistically, and tackling the root causes of the hemorrhoids, doing your own research, they could return.  Mine have done at least once, but I have gone back and implemented what I know now, much of which is covered in the H-Miracle.
