AffiloJetpack: A lot of bang for your buck

I have been through one or two Internet Marketing training courses but this is one I wish I had seen earlier.

Mark Ling is well-known in Internet Marketing circles for his simple, un-hyped approach to teach the basics of affiliate marketing.  He is a Kiwi and his previous offerings have been very well received: his logical, step-by-step Affiloblueprint course (aimed at newbie affiliates like myself), and his Affilorama Premium product, which is getting a continual surge in subscribers wanting more advanced information accessible via its monthly tools/tips/hosting package.

But AffiloJetpack is a bit of a surprise.

At first glance it appears to be targeted at complete newbies to affiliate online programs, but on the other hand it offers a lot for more experienced affiliates.

If one is brand new to internet marketing, Mark has identified a number of hurdles that often get between the newcomer and affiliate success, and he systematically ploughs through every one of them.

The first hurdle that he deals with is that of finding which niche, and which affiliate online program, to pick to start with.  This is an area where new affiliates can wallow (unhappily) for literally weeks, wondering what to pick (I still have a problem here). So when you get TEN niches hand-picked by the Ling himself and PROVEN to be winners… well, that’s going to be a major boost for newbies isn’t it?

(Not to mention more experienced affiliates who are pondering which niche to go into next.)

The second obstacle Mark zeroes in on is the business of building a website.  This can be unnecessarily time-consuming as any newbie will tell you.  To make it easier,  he has constructed his own WordPress theme customized so that even the most inexperienced web designer can tweak the layout and design of their site without knowing anything about coding and advanced web design   . It has some pretty sweet functionality that obviously comes from someone who knows affiliate marketing well:  e.g a squeeze page generator which allows you to make use of Mark’s most successful squeeze page layouts in your own web promotions.  Cool!

The theme also reflects his extensive experience in coaching affiliates in Search Engine optimization for dummies.  You get features like image uploaders so that you don’t have to fuss with  FTP programs to get your header or background images online.

This theme is PERFECT for web beginners. And with his program, Mark also includes free hosting with what they’ve called “Incubator Hosting“. This one-click process will save you a lot of hassles installing WordPress, finding a theme, and getting set up with a hosting provider, each of which potential mini-minefields.

On top of all this he delivers great content: Twenty high quality articles that you can either just plug into the site as-is, or re-word to get the full “search Engine optimization” benefit.

So you get pretty much everything you need to build an affiliate site and it cuts the time to set one up in half. It gives a “jet pack” boost to newbies in affiliate marketing who just want to get something up on the web quickly, without having to learn tons of technical stuff.

But that’s not all-all of this content and functionality would have been great on it’s own… but Mark says this is just the beginning.

The “main show” is what comes follows on from this: A 80-part auto-responder series that you can plug into a service like Aweber and use to start collecting email addresses and building  relationships with those who want to subscribe to your web site.

Mark frequently says that adding an auto-responder to your website is the thing that can make the difference between making money or not-and many affiliates, he says, do not do this.  I had not thought of doing one before, and the perceived technical difficulties made me shy away from it.

Mark is adamant you should make it a main focus. Even more important than trying to promote your affiliate products!

So you get  approximately 65 “informational” emails, and about another 15 “hard sell” emails written by Mark himself with this series. He also tells you WHEN you should be sending these out to get the best results from your email list, since just emailing a subscriber a few times in the first month or two isn’t going to change anything.

The quality of these emails is surprisingly good, I have to say… they’re way beyond PLR quality. You could even put these on your website if you wanted an extra 60+ articles! They’re of the standard that will make it easier for  people on your list to trust your opinion… and that’s the time you can promote products to them and watch the commissions start to roll in.

“The Bigger Risk is to GIVE UP”

One other feature that I need to mention  that made me think that this maybe isn’t purely just for  newbies to take on board, is Mark’s view that while SEO is low-risk, the bigger risk is that newbies GIVE UP if they don’t see instant results.

So Mark offers other traffic generation methods as part of AffiloJetpack. Of course you can still do SEO… but he reveals these other methods if you want to see quicker results (and faster cash).

What’s the final verdict? AffiloJetpack is great for newbies who can’t get past the nitty gritty of building a site. It really makes the whole process easy compared to the weeks (or longer) that it may take you as a new affiliate marketer to construct a site on their own.

More experienced affiliates will like this because of the high-quality content that Mark includes

If you were to create a quality newsletter series on its own, it would cost you at least twice as much as  this whole product. And with AffiloJetpack you get FIVE of these niches and newsletter series !.

Whatever way you look at it, and whatever level of experience you have, this product is a winner. Even if you don’t want to follow Mark’s strategies… go ahead and help yourself by grabbing the great content.

Cpa Marketing – Getting New Clients To Find You

The fundamental issue for the smaller CPA firm is to be able to efficiently compete with bigger corporations by focusing on follow-up development utilizing the following marketing guidelines.

1. Develop your own special niche. Why have they changed their approach? Simple. Experience reveals that today’s business house owners need and want both guidance and direction. And CPAs are well-suited for this role. Changes in know-how and the economic system are making survival dependent upon skilled advice. For a lot of businesses, the CPA can effectively the CFO, providing a business with a monetary expert.

The business marketing consultant  is a quite different role from the CPA who will turn up to “do the books” every three months.

You need to be able to communicate added value-particularly to smaller firms- and show them “these are the methods I will use to enhance your particular business”.  So today’s CPA must be willing to serve in this consultancy-type role.

3. Develop your primary  prospect list. At all costs, bear in mind this principle: “You can’t expect to achieve success in constructing a profitable practice if you are not targeting and wooing real,viable prospects.” Even a one-man firm should needs to have a current list of a minimum of 100 key prospects–companies you want to work with, if you were offered the chance.

This list ought to grow as your knowledge of  specialized areas grows, as new possibilities arise, and as your advertising makes headway. Indefinite and indiscriminate advertising is ineffective and a waste of time. Actual prospects are what count.

4. Position yourself in the marketplace. It is your job to shape and define the image that your prospects have of you and your firm. If you assume that “every one is aware of what a CPA does,” you are setting yourself up for a fall. It is your job to determine, define, and control the ways you are being  perceived.

Basic ways to help control perception: What message is your corporation card, your letterhead, and your proposals giving people? Remember, people wish to do enterprise with successful firms. The picture you convey determines how prospects think of you. When it involves proposals, are they uninteresting and dry, or do they communicate the language of the enterprise person? Even more important, does the proposal give attention to you and your plans or does it show the client how it’s going to benefit him? Redo your proposals if the client’s needs are not foremost in them!

5. Make your marketing consistent. Effective marketing means implementing a program that is ongoing and consistent. Why is that this important? A new CPA agency is not necessarily aware which corporations are out there on the scout for them, so your job is to be in the right place at the right time. Any effective marketing program ought to include an attractive, interesting and client-oriented newsletter. You might not have the time or the will to prepare your individual newsletter but don’t let this deter you. Choose a publishing company, or ready-made, personalized newsletters (with your firm’s logo on them) which can achieve the aforementioned. Before selecting a newsletter, ask yourself these questions: Will this text be of interest to my clients? Does it cover topics of interest to them? Just because you might like a newsletter does not mean it will definitelybe read by clients and prospects. Finally, make sure that everyone on your key prospect record receives the newsletter every time it’s published, not just on a one-shot deal.

6. Advertise your message. More and extra CPA corporations are advertising, notably in enterprise publications and native newspapers. Unfortunately, many of those ads are worthless as a result of they fall into the so-called “tombstone” category. They show the name, address, and telephone number of the firm–and little more–other than a heavy, black border. Such advertising is a waste of money! Effective advertising should carry a reader-oriented message, and be enticing so folks will wish to stop long enough to read it.

Quite a lot of  CPA firms fall into the trap of running ads through the tax season. IF the aim is to chase up tax return business, fair enough.  But if your goal is to spread awareness of your firm and its special benefits to a particular business, and when the proprietor has a problem, you want your firm’s name to come back to mind, then this is only achievable if you have excellent, constant visibility. Advertise year-round.

7. Communicate your competence. As a CPA, you have valuable information and expertise that can benefit both people and businesses. Why not use this information to your advantage? Every business publication and lots of local newspapers welcome brief articles on subjects which will probably be of curiosity to readers. If you do not have the time or the flexibility to write such a article, there are services that provide “editor-tested” articles for you.

Take time to get acquainted with business editors. Find out what topics they’re interested in publishing for their readers. Indicate that they are welcome to name you when a tax, monetary planning, or related story arises. Every editor needs to get “the local angle” to regional, national, and even international issues. You will be that “expert” in your community in case your invest just a little time getting acquainted with editors and reporters.

If you are interested in growing a highly profitable practice, marketing isn’t an option–it’s an absolute necessity. CPA companies follow the same pattern as other businesses. If you’ve gotten a advertising plan and know where you are going with it, the result will probably be a highly profitable practice.

You could find that you are comfortable with doing your individual marketing. Or, you may feel you need help. If that is the situation, get the assistance you could get the job completed which will give you the edge in your community.
